Ramadhaan sixteen: From the Light of the Qur'an

[Surah Al-Hadid]

So yesterday we mentioned that a wall will be brought down between the munaafiquun and the mu'miniin...but then again, this wall will have a door...so that perhaps after they've paid for their sins, if they had some little imaaan in them, they would be allowed to come out.

and then they (those in the obvious side of the wall in which there's punishment) will start crying out to the others;
"Alam nakum ma'akum?!"- Were we not with you??

"Qaalu Bala"! - Yes ofcourse they would say,
wa laakinnakum fatantum anfusakum- but you put yourselves in fitnah/temptation...(you kept doing what you knew would take you away from Allaah)

wa tarabbastum wartabtum-and you waited (for every time u were told to make tawbah you postponed) and you doubted

wa gharratkumul 'amaaniyyu-and vain desires deceived you

hatta jaaa'a amrullaahi- until the decree of Allaah came to you (the threatened punishment of Allaah)

wa gharrakum billaahil Ghuruur - while the chief deceiver deceived you about Allaah
