He looked at her with eyes full of love
She wasn't his yet, but his heart was on fire
He willed himself to look away
Coz Jannah's more precious than his desire.

She saw the pain in those children's eyes
Their parents' gone, no food or water
She gave them the meal she had just got
Coz Jannah's more precious than her hunger

It hurt to know what she went through
I held her hand but she only smiled
She said her hope was Her Lord's Mercy
Coz Jannah's really worth all the pain.

It gets hard
It gets tempting
To give up on good
Or do what's bad

But it's never a waste
To hold on to faith
Coz Jannah's really
Worth the chase.
